The First Bible Verse To Speak To My Heart

2 Corinthians 12:8-10 was the first bible verse to ever speak into my heart. It has become one of my favorite verses and played a really important role in my faith journey.

Trusting God With The Details

One of the biggest lessons I am learning this year is how to trust God with the details. Psalm 46:10 has been my “verse of the season.” Throughout 2026, I had to learn what it means to “Be still and know I am God.” I had to let go of the desire to be in control and know every single detail. Every day I am reminded how God has been working things out for my good.

I Should Start A Blog!

The idea to start a blog first came to me in the year of 2021. It was really spontaneous and kind of “out-of-the-blue.” I never considered blogging or writing until I began taking my relationship with God seriously. Although the idea was “planted” five years ago, it didn’t become a reality until 2026.

March 31st 2024: Baptism Day!

March 31st, 2024 was the day I was baptized into the body of Christ! It was such an important step for me to take as a believer. I was baptised once before when I was about 16 years old. The first time I was baptized didn’t feel genuine to me. I was young and didn’t have a proper understanding of what baptism symbolized. When I came to understand what baptism meant, I wanted to get rebaptized. I expressed to the Lord my desire to get rebaptized, and he made it possible for me to do so. March 31st will always have a special place in my heart.
